Minnesota Wing’s Cadet Advisory Council (CAC) set up a “Wing Game Night” for Sunday, August 1st. I had the privilege of attending this event. Two other cadets from St. Croix, Hipp and Stotter, also attended. The event occurred at the Minnesota Wing Hangar in South St. Paul. There were many board games and various other party games like Spikeball. There were even some TVs for playing movies and Wii games. This game night was a fun way to meet other people in the Wing and learn about their Civil Air Patrol journey. Hipp and Stotter said they enjoyed it and would love for an event like this to happen again. Personally, I made friends with at least five to ten more cadets in the wing. I am very thankful that the CAC set up this amazing event, and I hope more events like this happen in the future.
