Four St. Croix Squadron Cadets attended Cadre Selection Exercise (CSE) this year. After three full days of rigorous drill tests, interviews, knowledge tests, inspections, situational leadership scenarios, speeches, and team leadership problems, three of our four cadets have earned cadre (Staff) positions.
This year’s CSE was very difficult and highly selective as over 70 cadets applied, with only about 50 cadre positions available. These three cadets, MSgt Camden Briggs, SMSgt Hayden Bateman, and Captain Evan Ekstrand, all will all be staffing the 22nd CTG Encampment from July 21st through August 1st. Please congratulate these fine cadets when you next see them.
