On Thursday June 6th a change of Cadet Command was performed. After a year of service 2nd Lt Britten relieved his command to 2nd Lt Evan Ekstrand. As per tradition Sgt Isaac Larson, the highest ranking NCO, received our squadron flag from 2nd Lt Britten and then presented it to 2nd Lt Evan Ekstrand demonstrating the continuity of leadership and peaceful transition of power.
Special guests in attendance were Lt Col Anna-Marie Bistodeau, MSgt John Vanderhoof, and Group 2 commander Lt Col Paul Prior
Other awards were received that night by other member of the squadron. Sgt Issac Larson received his solo flight wings for performing his first solo flight from his CFI Col Yost.
